Setting up bonding gifts was no bed of roses. Many problems in different areas of business have popped up in this journey of 4 years. Being a tech friendly person from his early days of schooling, Mr. Ashish tried to solve his problems with IT and tech solutions. He says, “ If we solve problems with labor work or manually, there is a 99% chance that it will pop up again. Instead if we solve it with technology, it is fixed for a lifetime.”

Mr. Ashish in his college days worked out problems that appeared in his factory by sitting in ongoing lectures using ‘AnyDesk’ within minutes. Various other problems he solved by installing software and applications that satisfy the needs.

Future is surely Bright!

The bar is set high by Mr. Ashish for future goals of Bonding Gifts. They wish to go international in the coming years and make their venture the best among others. To make the purchase more convenient and their products reach a wider audience, they also aim towards developing a fully fledged app for Bonding Gifts in near future.

More than achieving goals, it is the journey that matters to him. He says, “ There is no rigidness to achieve goals. We will reach to our end goals with smiles and fun.” Such is the personality of Mr. Ashish.

The way Mr. Ashish shaped and grew Bonding Gifts has only been possible because he had a clear vision in front of him from day one. To help develop a vision, he insists youth to come forward and take charge of things, be it at any level. Try to enhance your leadership qualities by reading business oriented books or self-help. He also advises to be around people who motivates you and has goals in life, as what kind of people you are surrounded by impacts your life majorly.
