Based in Vadodara, the Rotlo is a Heritage Restaurant to enjoy authentic Gujarati Food. The purpose was not just to serve food but give an experience that one forgets about the city on entering the premises. The architecture and interiors are such that gives a feel of Gujarati culture. Also their menu is voted as the Best Gujarati Thali in Vadodara. The Maharaj at Rotlo , with years of experience, curate new dishes in the menu every day. With over 150 dishes to choose from, the menu is derived from seasonal fruits, vegetables and sweets, to create a wholesome experience that leaves you completely satisfied.

IDEA

Just after the lockdown when restaurants started to come back in action, we realized that some fun and entertainment was missing. Therefore taking the advantage of this we started searching about what different campaigns can we do where we got the idea of Ponk fest as it was around the season. After a lot of discussions and Brainstorming Sessions, we came up with “The Greatest Vadodara Ponk Fest” Gujarat’s Biggest Ponk Festival.

We developed a detailed strategy plan where we discussed the flow of campaign. From Developing Ads to Making Landing Pages , a wired framework was developed.

How We Did It !

Survey of Target Audience

We analyzed upon how and where we can get our target audience, how we can target and pitch them for our brand.We understood that we had a mass of target audience as they were the people of Vadodara

Developing Strategy

A detailed framework was set to analyze and understand the buyer’s behavior. A wired structure was developed to understand the positioning of the event.

DESIGNING & lAUNCH

After 2-3 Brainstorming sessions, our Designers and Content Creators visited the location, discussed the structured framework, and finalized the content. Soon our Content Creators and designers started to work on so that ideas turn into Reality

The Event

The place was all lit up with Danglers , Puppet show and Live Music . People enjoyed Dancing on the tunes dhol. They also enjoyed welcome drinks , live food counters where different ponk recipes were served. Also all safety measures were also taken into consideration and were maintained.

Conclusion

As a result, this campaign became one of the most successful campaigns in the city. It was also one of the biggest event of a Restaurant after the pandemic The brand gained a lot of exposure and Loyal Clients
